Family

We had our first overnight guests in our new home yesterday. My aunt and uncle came to spend the night. We hadn't seen them in over a year and it was wonderful to have them come, even though the visit was too short.
Dominic and Caitlin warmed up to them right away. Dominic said he remembered them, but I'm sure that Caitlin did not. Dominic loved giving them a tour of our new home.
It's adorable seeing your home through a child's eyes.
Dominic had invented a game for Uncle David to play. Never figured out what it was,
but they seemed to be having fun.

Making pancakes for everyone this morning for breakfast.
While I was cooking Aunt Linda grabbed my camera and started taking pictures of the kids. I love this picture.

I always change the sheets on Friday. And so Dominic thought it would be a good idea to put them over the coffee table and have a tent. Caitlin thought it made a better launch pad for the couch.
