We had church services at Standing Stone State Park today.
It was the perfect day to be there. The weather was beautiful.
Dominic wanted to take pictures so to keep him entertained during the church service I let him have the camera.
Can you tell that we were intently listening to the sermon? =)
Usually in church the kids are coloring and it keeps them entertained, but we didn't think to bring anything and so they had to bounce around on the blanket and be noisy. It's just too hard to be still on such a beautiful day.
Caitlin kept taking everyone's socks off.
Despite the pictures, I heard most of the sermon. We have a great pastor.
It was the perfect way to spend a Sabbath.
Beautiful weather, good food and wonderful friends.

Church in a state park? Sounds like fun. It has to be nice to live in a state where church can be held outside in a park and everyone is enjoying it. When is the next outside church service?
I have no idea when the next one is. We've been here for about 8 months and this is the 1st one. But we do go camping over the weekend quite a bit w/ church members.
